Answer a few questions. We'll match you with licensed providers who fit your situation — no cost, no obligation.

๐Ÿ”’ Private & never shared. This shows you licensed providers who match your case — it isn't immigration advice, and it isn't a guarantee of any outcome.

Only CICC-licensed consultants and lawyers can legally represent you. We make sure that's who you get.

Anyone else who charges you for immigration advice is operating outside the law โ€” an unlicensed “ghost consultant.” Applications tied to them are frequently delayed, flagged, or refused by IRCC.

CanadianVisa.com isn't a law firm or a consultancy. We're a matching platform: we learn your situation, then connect you with a licensed provider from our network who is qualified to actually take your case — including our own founding team's licensed practice, held to the exact same standard as every other provider. No one gets default placement.

How we verify every provider

Licence checked against the public registerCross-referenced with the CICC register for consultants, or the relevant provincial law society for lawyers.

Standing reviewed, not assumedWe check for active discipline history before a provider is listed, and periodically after.

Matched, not sold to the highest bidderMatching is based on fit to your case, not which provider pays us the most.

How the matching works

Three steps, and the licensed provider takes it from there — not us.

1

Tell us your situation

A short, free intake — your goal, your background, your timeline. Takes about five minutes.

2

We match you

Our matching engine narrows a large field of licensed providers down to the ones genuinely suited to your case.

3

Your provider takes over

You speak directly with your matched RCIC, lawyer, or agent. The advice, paperwork, and filing are between you and them.

Questions people ask before they start

Does CanadianVisa.com give immigration advice?+
No. Only CICC-licensed consultants and licensed immigration lawyers can legally give advice or represent you. Our role is matching and education — connecting you to someone who can, verified against the public record.
How does the matching actually work?+
Your free assessment gives us your goal, background, and timeline. We use that to narrow our licensed provider network down to the ones genuinely suited to your case, rather than routing everyone to whoever pays the most for placement.
What does it cost?+
Getting matched is free. Any fees for advice or representation are set by your matched provider and agreed directly with you — we'll always tell you upfront that this is a separate conversation with them, not with us.
I was refused before, or used an unlicensed consultant. Can I still use this?+
Yes. Tell us about it in your assessment. We'll match you with a licensed provider experienced in reviewing prior refusals or cleaning up cases that involved an unlicensed representative.
How is this different from a normal immigration consultancy's website?+
A single-firm site can only offer you that firm. We're a neutral marketplace across a network of independently licensed providers, so the match is based on fit to your case — not on which firm's website you happened to land on.
