With baby-boomers retiring, there is a looming labour shortage. Workers and students don’t know about opportunities in high-demand fields.

In order to stay competitive employers must hire workers with the skills they need. If the skills shortage is not fixed, Canada’s economy risks falling behind.

What can be done?

Give students and workers up to date information to better connect with employers, develop, upgrade and match skills for job market and high-demand fields.
